A wonderful project by Architect Alessandro Tombazis where stone plays a very important role – 2007.
All interior stone flooring and walls are made in Vidraço Ataíja: 17.000 m2 in 3 cm thickness cut to size.
The church floor includes 9.000 m2 of cut to size curved tiles (a curvature radius in the range of 40 m).
Letter carvings on stone walls (external walls and water surface surrounding walls); Wall claddings; Stair cases; Massive circular column dressing.
